Each author is charged with ensuring that:

• The work contains nothing abusive, offensive, insulting, vulgar, slanderous, or illegal..

Any breach of the requirements specified above will be treated as misconduct and dealt with properly. Similarly, the publisher reserves the right to charge authors for fees charged by the journal for their manuscript if they are found to have infringed any of the specified rights, at the discretion of the publisher and journal editors.
