Launched in 2026, the Journal of Architecture and Theory was established as an open-access scholarly platform for the publication of original research, theoretical investigations, and critical reflections on architecture and the built environment. The journal brings together contributions from scholars, practitioners, and researchers exploring architectural ideas, historiography, architectural theory, and related fields.

The first edition (Volume 1) marked the beginning of the journal’s publication program, setting the foundation for ongoing issues dedicated to advancing architectural theory and academic discourse.
